Woodland Development, Inc. has provided development and
construction services for residential and commercial properties in the Hanover,
Pennsylvania area since 1996.
Projects include the purchase and development of raw land for sub-division and
sale of homes, development of both new and existing structures for residential
use, and the construction of commercial properties.
Woodland Development, Inc. constantly has new and upcoming

Woodland Development, Inc. was started by Richard L. Krill III
in 1996. Richard is a graduate of Drexel University and holds degrees in
both Architectural Engineering and Civil Engineering. Richard is highly
involved in the building designs and decisions of the daily operations.
Richard, his wife and two young children reside in the York / Hanover area.
